Roles:
- Implementation of Six sigma projects
- Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
- Handling technical issues related to domains Network/Server/Storage/Cloud on Cisco, Microsoft SCCM, Citrix, Net App, Lotus Domino, AIX, AS 400, Unified Communication, Solaris, MS Exchange and Active Directory (depending upon your respective domain)
- Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs
- Implementing New technologies and Design changes
- Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
- Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
- Update the knowledge base
- Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
- Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
- Participate in monthly QA audits

Problem: HP Printer not connecting to my laptop.
ReplyDeleteI had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me. I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem.
