You can choose from a variety of probiotic yogurts available in the market. Even better, blend together a cup of curd with fresh fruits like strawberries or bananas for flavored yogurt.

People suffering from arthritis and muscle pain have a reason to rejoice. Studies now show that cherries are a rich source of anthocyanins which block pain by inhibiting the pain enzymes and reducing inflammation.
