I think that anger management should be practiced by employees at work and should know the importance of controlling anger.I think this is not easy for an employee to understand.I did observe that employees work peacefully if created work environment according to their interest and thoughts.This is because they feel responsible towards their actions and productivity.Effective employee-employee understanding will ease the employee stress thus effective management.There are effective steps for Anger management I shall post my views about the topic in next post.

How about governments? Which countries’ government is the richest (having most money that is, in US$) If you are expecting North American and European nations, you might be disappointed. While the countries look rich, wealthy European nations can't withstand a prolonged major financial crisis, just like Greece. The USA might have the biggest economy, but the American government is not at all rich; in fact, it can't even take out $150bn if asked to now without resorting to borrowing.
